How Duterte and Cayetano’s 3-6 months anti-crime and anti-corruption plan works.

Confirmed from three different sources the actual plan of Duterte and Cayetano for 3-6 months of crime and corruption eradication (suppression is the realistic goal but eradication is the aspirational goal).

I won't reveal the details. I think people asking for details of it (like Trillanes) are either being stupid or want to know so they can prepare themselves if they are caught. The tandem is not going to reveal their card before the game has even started.

In broad strokes it consists of three phases - intelligence gathering, rapid (legal) case building, and arrests.

Phase 1 - Intelligence gathering has begun last year but will gain a rapid component once Duterte becomes president (Executive order + persona of executive goes a long way). It is modeled loosely on the prisoner’s dilemma but at scale. This will take 2-3 weeks only. The final output is a short list of critical targets.

Phase 2 - Legal case building will rely on a sizeable team of lawyers and paralegal. Both Duterte and Cayetano are lawyers in good standing. They already have eager idealistic lawyer leaders in the wings to be recruited once operation begins. Case building is expected to actionable outputs after 2-3 months. Early targets are middle-rung people with solid evidence pointing to the top of the heap. The goal is to scare the boss or the management to go out of the country or kill them in phase 3. Phase 3 - The execution part is what Dutere is specifically alluding to when he says it will be ‘bloody’. Warrants will be issued en masse with arrests executed within a tight schedule. PNP and AFP will be involved here depending on the case. Some of the targets will resist arrest, Duterte will direct the executors to defend their lives. Duterte guarantees legal protection and full support should they need to eliminate the bad elements to avoid casualties on the police / military side. There will be no incentivization since it’s their job but expect the salary hike to be dangled as a reward for a successful mission.

One of my sources say - Cayetano’s job is to insulate the whole plan from politics, help build up the legal component, and smooth out the aftermath of the batches of arrests . If he is VP he can do this more effectively but it’s not critical that he wins (President appointment instead).

It’s not creative, in fact it has been done before... in Davao City. That is why the tandem is confident. It is not easy and may go sideways but not impossible. And before you say, its only the small fish he can kill, try to research rich businessmen that have died in Davao City. One particular case was a businessman that the mayor personally warned plenty of times to leave the city as he was importing tons of shabu into the city, the biggest anyone has ever dared to do so. Till one bright shiny morning, the royal prick was shot in the head inside the building of one of his valid business fronts (a supplement shop). He is one of four drug lords Duterte has killed in the city in his career according to my source.

The goal is not eradication but to form a battlefront with a bi-annual tick-tock of hitting crime and corruption, buy time to strengthen components against crime and corruption, hit crime and corruption again, improve another component of government, rinse and repeat until crime is so low people can walk in the streets without worry. Expect drug rings, smuggling rings, Bureau of Customs and BIR to be the priority on the 1st or 2nd wave.

One notable thing is the plan includes offering a free drug rehab program for drug addicts with an allowance of around P4k a month. This is also present in Davao (but not reported by the corrupted media: ABS-CBN, GMA and Inquirer). This is a big reason why Cayetano is on board. Other aspects (not from the same source) all work in harmony to make people safe. These are the following:

1. The 911 system will go nationwide.
2. Heavy reliance on embedded agents (tricycle drivers, street vendors)
3. More CCTVs all around Metro Manila.
4. The doubling of police salary.
5. Proper use of intelligence funds
6. Make prisons more miserable.
7. Upgrade crime labs

"Pabebe naman; RUN! DIGONG RUN!; Lets just vote for MDS instead, Duterte is inconsistent"

what added the thrill is Digong's daughter Inday Sara's IG post bout shaving her hair for this "advocacy" .
a lot of netizens soon followed her posting pictures of themselves while being shaved.

I too, was so excited then...

But then again the great man from Davao said "NO"

some says that it is his tactic
"lacking funds and machineries to cope with other aspirants
this is his campaign strategy" said by the netizens

BUT

amidst the confusions regarding Davao Mayor Rodrigo "DIGONG" Roa Duterte's candidacy

Someone has raised this concern but Globe only says one thing, FUP. 3Hours call daw is too much for a single call. Though, I think not because it depends kasi I call my family at around 3~4 hours once a week.

Sometime from the past... ruins of the old diplomat hotel

Our trip to the Diplomat Hotel atop the Dominican hill, It was told that there's some ghost stories and some entities lurking inside the walls of this ruin, by our own experience, I sensed some but not with those great auras, what I've sensed is elemental spirits on the garden and some on the underground pass, which I guess was a drainage system, the corridors looks freaky too, but I've sensed none except when I looked down the Old fountain. How I want to get back to this place at midnight but my cousins wont allow me, as there are some stories of Ghostly images appearing, and some freaky noises like footsteps on the corridors. It's been told that when it was just a vacation house till the settlement of Friars by which it is converted to a school, through the Japanese occupation, as this serves as a refuge, stories says that a lot are beheaded here by the japanese.  This ruin was featured in some horror movies and some Pinoy Movies (Angel Locsin and Dingdong Dantes) sorry but I forgot the movie title, Here's some pics taken from the ruin.

 This looks like an apartment style tomb at first glance but this was actually an old tile layered wall, those squares are what remains from the mortar from which the tiles are attached

you can clearly see a RED Spray painted name, these types of vandalism covers almost all the walls from this ruin

 a hole on the second floor, with a twisted iron support, and the crazy cut marble/tile floor

BInanga Falls Trek (Shilan, Benguet)

Our Summer Get-away to Binanga Falls at Shilan, Benguet

trekking, brook swimming, cliff diving, and cave exploration at Binanga Falls , traversing those huge river boulders, and steep climbs through rock faces and dirt paths

 A steep rock leads us to the brook, seen here are my cousins Francis Daniel and Allane, That was so steep it's almost at 45 degree, so walking barefoot is advised

 There's the Binanga Falls, with is rich cold and clear water,

 Here's a view from inside on one of Shilan's Limestone cave, it pitch black inside and what we have to guide us is a small LED flashlight from one of Shilan's local resident which serves as a tour guide

 Swimming at the clear cold lagoon, they said that there ain't no one who successfully reached the bottom, at it was believe to be too deep, the deep green colour coincides with their story

an extra ordinary experience from one of Shilan's proud, Thanks to our guides, thanks to our tito and tita, our cousins and to the locals as well, this place is really something to be proud of!

a Diff taste for Liempo ( RECIPE)

Recipe # 1
Ingredients: 1 kg Liempo (cut into 3 pcs), sour cream powder

wash the meat thoroughly, dab with paper towel to dry, coat with sour cream powder grill or deep fry to golden brown. serve with sour cream dip


Recipe #2
Ingredients: 1kg liempo(cut into 3 pcs), 1/2 liter can of pineapple juice, 2pcs of star anise, 1 tbsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, crispy fry (breading mix)

mix all ingredients and marinate the meat for 5-6 days on a sealed container and put inside the refrigerator. dab with paper towel to dry and coat with crispy fry. deep fry until golden brown.


Recipe #3
Ingredients: 1kg. liempo(cut into 3 pcs), 2 pcs of ponkan, 3tbp of sugar, 4 tbp of worcestershire sauce, 2 pcs of star anise, rosemary, thyme, 1/2 liter of pineapple juice.

crush all the juice from the ponkan, grate the rind, mix all ingredients, marinate meat for 1 week in a sealed container and put inside the refrigerator(shake occasionally) , simmer for about 15 mins in low heat, leave to cool, and put inside the ref for another 24hrs, save the marinade, grill/or put in the oven for 8mins (200 degrees)

for sauce: mix 1 tsp of cornstarch to 1 cup marinade, mix well and bring to boil to thicken.

try nyo lang sarap yan!

great for baon, or for potluck
