a Diff taste for Liempo ( RECIPE)
Recipe # 1
Ingredients: 1 kg Liempo (cut into 3 pcs), sour cream powder
wash the meat thoroughly, dab with paper towel to dry, coat with sour cream powder grill or deep fry to golden brown. serve with sour cream dip

Ingredients: 1kg liempo(cut into 3 pcs), 1/2 liter can of pineapple juice, 2pcs of star anise, 1 tbsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, crispy fry (breading mix)
mix all ingredients and marinate the meat for 5-6 days on a sealed container and put inside the refrigerator. dab with paper towel to dry and coat with crispy fry. deep fry until golden brown.

Ingredients: 1kg. liempo(cut into 3 pcs), 2 pcs of ponkan, 3tbp of sugar, 4 tbp of worcestershire sauce, 2 pcs of star anise, rosemary, thyme, 1/2 liter of pineapple juice.
crush all the juice from the ponkan, grate the rind, mix all ingredients, marinate meat for 1 week in a sealed container and put inside the refrigerator(shake occasionally) , simmer for about 15 mins in low heat, leave to cool, and put inside the ref for another 24hrs, save the marinade, grill/or put in the oven for 8mins (200 degrees)
for sauce: mix 1 tsp of cornstarch to 1 cup marinade, mix well and bring to boil to thicken.
