Beef TERIYAKI RECIPE
Ingredients:
concentrated sauce: 1/4tsp powdered spices (mace, cinnamon, mustard, oregano, cumin, turmeric, black pepper), 1 tsp Knorr liquid seasoning (for aroma), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tbp brown sugar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup pineapple juice (for tenderizer), 1/4 cup catchup (thickener), sesame seeds
mix all ingredients and pour in a sealed bottle shake thoroughly, and leave in the ref to ferment.
marinade: 1/8 cup cane vinegar, 1/4 cup soysauce, 4tbp brown sugar, 1/8 cup pineapple juice, 1/8 cup ketsup, black pepper (coarsely ground).
beef (sliced to thin strips)
Marinate the meat for at least 12 hrs.
preheat a fry pan to smoking hot, place meat, and turn to low heat for 2 mins, stirring regularly, pour in desired amount of sauce (1/8 cup), turn to high heat while continuously stirring until the sauce thickens.
